MCP: Read OAuth authorization-server metadata

Authorization server metadata for the separate MCP issuer https://bibleit.app/oauth/mcp; resource-aware authorization/token endpoints, public clients with S256, identity.read and optional offline_access. Canonical RFC8414 discovery path for the path-based issuer.
