List service tokens

Required scopes: token.get.

Returns metadata only, never secrets, in stable ascending ID order with keyset pagination. The active-token cap is 100; expired credentials may remain until cleanup.

Authentication

AuthorizationBearer

Organization-owned service token. Issue the initial token in organization credential settings. Scopes are documented per operation via x-required-scopes; they are not OAuth scopes.
