Required scopes: live_studio.get.

Service-token organization UUID boundary applies; handles and foreign organization IDs return 404. Personal tokens and browser sessions are not accepted. Only organization_id, revision and normalized settings are returned; editor attribution and internal token principals are omitted. Returns saved settings or effective defaults at revision 0 without creating a settings row. Rechecks current explicit scope after acquiring a shared workspace lock. Studio configuration reads remain available during processing restriction.

ETag (200): Strong validator covering the effective settings and revision. Separate from Live playback/display sequence validators. Use unchanged as If-Match on PUT.

Authentication

Organization-owned service token. Issue the initial token in organization credential settings. Scopes are documented per operation via x-required-scopes; they are not OAuth scopes.
