List active organization memberships

Required scopes: membership.get.

Orders active memberships by immutable user UUID, with bounded limit and after cursor. Returns display name, personal handle and role only. No private email, invitation, credential or protocol-principal data. Separate pages are fresh snapshots; concurrent membership changes may affect traversal.

Organization-owned service token. Issue the initial token in organization credential settings. Scopes are documented per operation via x-required-scopes; they are not OAuth scopes.
