Enable an installed personal translation
Enable an already installed, reviewed translation in the caller’s personal library using a finite personal bt_ credential. Delegated OAuth library writes are forbidden even with translation.list. Send {} with Content-Type application/json. Both first enable and repeat enable return 200. Repeats do not consume another slot; quota exhaustion or uninstalled editions return 409. This does not install translation files.
Required scopes: translation.list. Scopes intersect current authority; browser cookies never authenticate REST.
Authentication
Personal bearer credential issued through existing account settings or browser-approved CLI flow. Must be active, finite, unexpired, unrevoked, within any rotation overlap, and bound to an active personal membership/user/account. Explicit scopes intersect current user permissions; empty existing personal scopes inherit current user authority. Not an OAuth grant or service token. Browser cookies are ignored.
